The reason airport food is so bad is because they know you’re a captive audience that can’t go outside to eat because you’re waiting for a flight. So they make no effort to have good food. Another reason is that they’re cheap, period. Again, because you’re a captive audience, they get the cheapest ingredients they can find. They think, why spend money on ingredients that cost more, especially when everybody’s a one shot visitor, and probably won’t come back anyway???!!! So it all boils down to the fact that you’re only in the airport to catch your plane (of course). This is why local restaurants will try to have quality food, for they know you’ll return if they do. But airport eateries only see you as a one shot visitor that doesn’t make it worth the cost or effort to get quality ingredients. I hope this answers your question!!!

What's with all the noisy vehicles? I mean, dam. How come there isn't any kind of noise ordinance here? There are a lot of noisy ass vehicles running around here. And i mean loud.

I lived in Vegas for off and on for 20 years, the traffic is crazy. It gave me a complex about driving in general. I have been back recently and it is still crazy driving. My nephew lives there currently and I’d rather him drive. So much has changed. The things I love about Vegas is the food, I’m from Hawaii and get to eat so many things that I miss. And I love to gamble.

I have lived here since 2005 moved from Massachusetts so the traffic here doesnt bother me its 10xs worse in Boston traffic then here along with the homeless etc. So when people think its worse where you are its always 10xs worse other places. Vegas is truly MY HOME a place I wish i found sooner ❤️ And for insurance thank god my husband is retired military we pay "less" then everyone else thank god. If people would stop breaking, stealing cars you wouldnt have that 😉😉 so its not the city its the PEOPLE!!

I stayed in this hotel after graduating from my bachelors degree in 1996!! It was the hipster hotel back in the nineties.

I just spent 5 days in Vegas! I definitely wouldn’t want to live there, you can keep that 100+ weather. Grew up in Michigan and have been living in Honolulu for 3 years. You want to talk expensive…come to Hawaii 😂

What about the Cesar’s Palace Casino the worst hotel rooms and fights among hookers in the bars 😅

We enjoy Downtown but it is not kid friendly.

I've heard if you're staying at an MGM property you can use any other MGM property pool. Is this the case. Staying at New York New York but would like to use the MGM pool.

I was in that airport this year taking an evening flight to Vancouver, BC. I thought I'd pick up a sandwich before my flight. I looked around they were about $12-$18 per, and they didn't look that big. I passed on that idea. I got to Vancouver and was really hungry now, so I went directly to an airport Tim Horton's, where I ordered a BIG turkey-bacon club for $8 Cdn. Best meal I ever had for a long time, even gave me free extra mayo. I now LOVE airport food.

I Californian planned to retire in Las Vegas. Bought the best house the bast price on 2009(hamburger real estate) mean while for vacation home and visit LV every 3 or 4 mos. Can’t handle summer heat and gambling bye bye LV

First of all let me say, if I walked into a buffet and they told me their was a time limit to how long I could eat, I would walk right out. I don't like being rushed. I don't like having to eat with one eye on the clock. I like to take my time and enjoy my food. Also, I don't like the price. I think it is too much. But let me say, I like and watch your videos. You are very informative.

Just returned from a week at Fontainebleau and it was amazing. Somehow, I was able to snag a deal on Priceline for a gold queen room on the 69th floor for $150 per night (plus resort fee). It was one of the nicest rooms I've ever had in Vegas and one of the best views of any place I've stayed. I went for the Strat/mountain view. Ever single staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We really liked the food court which has classy places to eat (unlike the typical fast food places in hotel food courts) such as Miami Slice and Capon's burgers and many, many other dining options on site for all budgets and tastes. Tip: sign up for the rewards card and you get $15 free slot play and $15 food credit. Loved the pools and the casino. I have always stayed at a different hotel when I come to Vegas, but I may have to break the rules and come back here. It's super classy without being snobby. I am working class but felt like the "one percent" while I was here.

Vegas is such a ripoff. I used to go a lot in the 90’s when things were very reasonable and you got a lot for your money. Not anymore.

First hotel I stayed at in Vegas when I first went in 2008. It was an amazing view of the strip, great buffet and some of the most helpful staff in all of Vegas. I have very fond memories of it and I'll have to stay again next time I'm in the area.

I haven't stayed at any of these hotels (I usually stay MGM) but I've visited them all and gambled at three of them. I completely agree with Rio being absolutely deserted - it was actually quite eerie, but the staff were lovely. Circus Circus was also totally deserted when I went there and gave really depressing vibes.

🤨 anywhere that you have a lot of Nissans you have a lot of really slow drivers who eventually drive too fast and crash into stuff. Lol. It's because the CVT transmissions accelerate VERY slowly. Nissan drivers have every right to drive in the fast lane. It just takes us a while to reach 70 mph. So quit whining and leave us alone.
